Como conseqüência das novas modalidades da espoliação que sofrem, os povos pobres emergem do torpor milenar e da servidão aparentemente natural, e começam a indagar das causas de sua pobreza e da espécie de relações a que se acham submetidos, na trama do processo econômico mundial.
